Creme Caramel #GIrishBO

Week 4 already (granted I missed week 3 as life got in the way). As much fun as a showstopping meringue would have been I had to be realistic with my time allocation given I had my youngest’s birthday this week too, so I happily settled for creme caramel.

Another first for me but actually so so simple and easily done if you fancied “something nice” during the week. I very obediently followed the recipe (apart from the overnight in the fridge bit – wasn’t that organised)
